There are times when using your phone the way the manufacturer intended just isn’t possible, especially when you’re doing some form of sport or exercise. Well meet GoGlove, a glove that connects to your phone via Bluetooth, and lets you control your device’s music with a tap of your fingers.

How it works is simple, each of the glove’s fingertips contains a sensor, and the thumb is home to a magnet. The sensor’s interact with the magnet and let you control your device’s music player with either a tap or a double-tap of each finger. The glove’s module can also be taken out and strapped to your wrist as the GoBand, and will function in a similar way to a smartwatch.

The GoGlove is currently on Kickstarter, and needs to raise a further $26,000 (£15,324) in the next four days to make a consumer version a reality. If they manage to raise a further $10,000 (£5,894) on top of that, there will be a companion app that will allow users to completely customise the commands to suit them.

Pledging $59 (£34.77) will get you  your own GoBand and $59 (£40.60) will get you a pair of GoGloves. So what are you waiting for? Get pledging. [Kickstarter]
